You have 2 copies of this card in play, and your opponent activates FB01-140 <Son Gohan : Childhood>'s [On Play] skill. Can you use the [When KO'd] skills to play both copies from your Drop?
No, you can't. After one of the [When KO'd] skills is chosen, activated, and resolved, the "you can't play <Zamasu : Fused> for the turn" part of the skill will be active, therefore you can't use the [When KO'd] skill on the other card to play it.
