When my Leader is <Android 18>, after resolving this card's [On Play] skill, I used FB06-023 <This is Over, Bye> and choose to pay its cost as normal. If I then use FB06-022 <Bleak Future>, can I choose not to pay its cost?
No, you can't. You may only choose not to pay the cost for the next Extra you use that meets the stated conditions after resolving this card's [On Play] skill.
