If I have less than 7 cards with 《Shadow Dragon》 in their special traits in my Drop, can I still place the cards I do have from my Drop at the bottom of my deck and return this card to my hand to activate the [Activate Main] skill of this card?
No, you can't. To activate a skill with a skill cost, you must pay the entire skill cost. You can't pay only part of a skill cost.
