I played this card while my Leader was unawakened SB02-001 <Trunks : Future>. If I then awaken my Leader, will the +5000 power granted by the [On Play] skill of this card be carried over to the awakened version?
Yes, it will. When a Leader card is flipped over, any power modifiers are carried over.
