If I choose to use the card underneath this card to activate [Evolve], how would this be resolved?
You would move the chosen card to the Battle Area, then resolve the effect of [Evolve] by playing the card from your hand on top of that card. Note that this will not cause the [On Play] skill of the card that was under this card to activate.
