There is a limit to the number of participants accepted for each day of the Preliminaries (First Round). If the number of entries exceeds this limit, only those selected via a random selection proccess will be able to participate.
Only the top performers from the Preliminaries (First Round) will be eligible to participate in the Quarterfinals (Second Round) and subsequent rounds.
