• Standard rules for Banned and Restricted cards apply.
• For this tournament, the time allowed for changing hands is 30 seconds. 900 additional seconds will be granted only at the start of the match.
  Players who go over the time limit will lose the match.
• Participants are expected to use their own accounts and personal cards in the tournament.
