Standard rules for Banned and Restricted cards apply.
Players will need to construct an 'Event Deck' for this tournament. The Event Deck will be deleted once this tournament ends. However, cards used in the deck will not be deleted.
For this tournament, the time allowed for changing hands is 30 seconds. 900 additional seconds will be granted only at the start of the match.
Players who go over the time limit will lose the match.
Players are expected to use their own accounts and personal cards in the tournament.
