Updating Residential Address

Due to upcoming changes to the Bandai Namco ID address management system, all users will be required to register a new Residential Address in their Bandai Namco ID account.

After the effective date below, please log in to the Bandai Namco ID linked to your BANDAI TCG+ account and complete the required address registration.

Failure to register your residential address may impact event participation. Please complete this update as soon as possible.

All BANDAI TCG+ users.

How to Register or Confirm Your Residential Address

Please update your information through the Bandai Namco ID website.
Please note: Residential addresses cannot be registered or updated through the BANDAI TCG+ app.

If You Have Not Yet Registered an Address

Follow the on-screen instructions to register your Residential Address.

  • *For Child Accounts, address registration must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.
If You Have Already Registered an Address

You will see your Residential Address listed on the Address Management page.

What Happens If I Do Not Register My Residential Address?
Updating Residential Address

Users without a registered Residential Address will be unable to:

  • ・Apply for new tournaments on BANDAI TCG+
  • ・Check in to events Using the last minute check-in feature
