Please explain the process for using [Evolve].

At the same timing as [Activate Main], reveal a card with [Evolve] from your hand, choose 1 Battle Card in your Battle Area that meets its conditions, then pay the stated skill cost to activate [Evolve].
You then play the card with [Evolve] on top of the chosen card without having to pay its normal cost.

Can you only play cards with [Evolve] using their [Evolve] skill?

No. You can also play them by paying their normal cost, just like other Battle Cards.

If I play a card with [Evolve] on top of a Rest Mode card, will it be played in Rest Mode or Active Mode?

It will be played in Rest Mode. If the original card is in Rest Mode, the [Evolve] card will also enter play in Rest Mode. The same goes for Active Mode.

If I play a card with [Evolve] and 30000 power on top of a card that is already under the effect of a skill reading "gets +5000 power for the turn", how much power will that card have?

That card will have 35000 power when played, with its power reverting to 30000 once the turn is over. Any power modifiers affecting the original card are carried over when using [Evolve].

If I play a card with [Evolve] on top of a card under the effect of a skill reading "it can't attack for the turn", will that card be unable to attack during that turn?

No, it will be able to attack. When a card is played with [Evolve], only its Active Mode or Rest Mode state and any power modifiers are carried over from the original card.

I have a card with [Evolve] placed on top of another card. If this card is moved from the Battle Area to another area, such as the Combo Area or my hand, what happens to the card underneath it?

When a card is moved from the Battle Area to another area, only the top card is moved to the specified area; all cards underneath it will be placed in the Drop Area.
