After activating the [Activate Main] skill of this card, I attacked with the FB05-095 <Gogeta> card on its awakened side and activated its [When Attacking] skill. If I then use the [Activate Main] skill for FB05-095 <Gogeta> on its awakened side, would its skill cost be reduced by 1?

No, it would not. The next time you activated "a skill on your <Gogeta> Leader" following this card's [Activate Main] skill was your <Gogeta> Leader's [When Attacking] skill, and so the cost reduction would no longer apply to any skills activated after that.
